Goal: To finish a Half-Iron man at age 29-years-old, weighing 105 lbs.
Objective: Follow scheduled work out regimen, eat nutritional foods diligently, and blog an hour after each workout to gain a better understanding of my progress.
Purpose: To experience an indescribable sense of self-satisfaction by accomplishing a random, ridiculous fitness goal. To test how dedicated and passionate I am with anything I put myself into. To view life in a different light. To prove to myself that I do what I say I would do, giving my own words real integrity (The principle of keeping my words). To live life with a purpose, for me, ridiculous style.
